Terms and Conditions for Bouwers Design Landscaping

These terms govern your use of bouwersdesignlandscaping.ca, the website of Bouwers Design Landscaping Inc., a hardscape contractor in North Bay, Ontario. The short version: the site is informational. The quote form is an inquiry, not a contract. The actual construction contract for any interlock, flagstone, retaining wall, driveway replacement, patio, or landscape design project lives in the written quote you sign with Bouwers, not on this page. Pricing and timing shown on the site are typical ranges and not binding offers. Photos, text, and the Bouwers wordmark are the intellectual property of Bouwers Design Landscaping Inc. and are protected by Canadian copyright law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply. By using the site, you agree to these terms. Effective date: May 25, 2026.

Built Elegance

The website explains the work. The signed quote is the contract.

Scope and acceptance

These terms apply to your use of the website only. They do not govern the construction work itself.

By accessing, browsing, or submitting a form on bouwersdesignlandscaping.ca, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

These terms cover the website: the pages you read, the photos you view, the quote form you fill out, and any other interaction with the site itself. They do not cover the construction work Bouwers Design Landscaping Inc. performs at a property. That work is governed by a separate written quote, signed by you and Bouwers, which contains the project scope, materials, pricing, payment milestones, schedule, and project-specific warranty terms. The signed quote, not these website terms, is the contract for the work.

If there is ever a conflict between this page and a signed quote, the signed quote controls for project matters.

Permitted use of the website

The site is for personal informational use, to research Bouwers Design Landscaping and submit an inquiry.

You may browse bouwersdesignlandscaping.ca for personal, non-commercial purposes: to read about the services, view the portfolio, learn about the process and warranty, and submit a quote inquiry through the contact form. You may share links to the site freely.

You may not scrape the site, copy substantial portions of the text or photos for republication, use any part of the site to train commercial models or build derivative products, or run automated traffic against the site beyond standard search-engine crawling. You may not use the contact form to send spam, automated submissions, or unrelated commercial pitches to Bouwers.

If you want to reuse content for a commercial purpose, send a written request to admin@bdesignlandscaping.com.

Quotes, inquiries, and the construction contract

How an inquiry becomes a written quote, and how a written quote becomes a binding contract.

The quote form is an inquiry. When you submit the form on the contact page, you are starting a conversation. The form submission itself is not a contract. Bouwers reviews the inquiry, calls or texts to schedule an on-site visit, and walks the project with you.

The written quote is an offer. After the on-site visit, Bouwers delivers a written quote by email or text. The quote itemizes labour, materials by product line, aggregate base spec, polymeric joint, timeline, and total pricing. The quote is an offer with a stated expiry date, typically thirty days. Pricing referenced on the site (such as the $25 to $32 per square foot range for interlock) is a typical range, not an offer for your specific project.

The signed quote is the contract. The construction contract is formed when you sign and return the written quote and the deposit is received. The signed quote is the binding document for the work. Bouwers honours the pricing and scope in the signed quote, less any optional changes you request during the build. Changes during the build are quoted and approved in writing before work continues, as documented on the process page.

Warranty terms live on the warranty page

The 5-year workmanship warranty, the manufacturer warranty stack, and the claim process are documented on the warranty page, not here.

Every Bouwers install carries a five-year workmanship warranty on top of the full manufacturer warranty from Techo Bloc, Permacon, Oaks, Browns, and Bestway Stone on the products installed. Coverage, exclusions, and the claim process are documented on the warranty page. These website terms do not replace, modify, or override the warranty terms on the warranty page or in the signed quote. If there is ever a conflict, the warranty page controls warranty matters and the signed quote controls project-specific terms.

Limitation of liability for site content

The site is provided as-is. Pricing and timing are typical ranges, not promises for your specific project.

Information on bouwersdesignlandscaping.ca is provided for general reference. Pricing ranges, project timelines, material specifications, and process descriptions reflect typical Bouwers projects and may not apply to your specific build. The on-site visit, written quote, and signed contract are what determine actual scope, pricing, and timing for any particular project.

Bouwers Design Landscaping Inc. is not liable for outcomes a reader takes solely based on information on the website without first engaging through the quote and signed-contract process. The site is informational. The work is governed by the signed quote.

Nothing in these terms limits Bouwers Design Landscaping's liability under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act or any other applicable consumer protection legislation that cannot be waived.
